Hey, I'm Kail and I normally live where AI, Design, Psychology, and a little bit of Philosophy overlap. Currently I am turning messy GTM into systems that compound as the co-founder of Sondero, a process-optimization boutique for go-to-market, based in Germany.
The journey started with 2 years of design training followed by my Bachelor in Business Psychology. I started as a designer, moved into marketing, then web design, went freelance with it, and eventually ended up a founder. These days almost everything I ship is AI-native, and it moves fast.
When I'm not shipping, you'll find me tending my second brain 🧠, sharpening a workflow, or down a rabbit hole on nerdy topics or psychology rabbit holes.
